No. 2 holds a special place in the collection: it was cut from the very first canvas created on Orange Street after moving to California. Marking the threshold of a new chapter, it captures the initial spark of that studio space with warm ochre tones, fiery red accents, and chalky white gestures set against a deep teal ground. It is anchored in the lower right by a heavy-impasto yellow oil-stick gesture featuring my signature monogram stamp.
